Individual Plan Coverage

These plans are based on your income and household size. To qualify, you must be Employed or Self-Employed. Alliant Health, Ambetter, Kaiser Permanente, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Cigna  (in select counties) are the Only Health Insurance Carriers that offers individual coverage in GA.

  We offer Employer Group Health Plans Year Round. To Qualify for Group Coverage, your employer must have at least 3 /W-2 employees, contribute 50% of the total employee premiums. Our Group Carriers are: Humana, Aetna, United Healthcare , Kaiser & BCBS.

Employer plan enrollments are initiated by the employers on behalf of the employees of the company. The employers are responsible for choosing the carrier and the plan for employees. The employer is also responsible for paying a minimum of %0% of the  employees health insurance premium. These plans are ideal for companies that have 20 or more employees.
